Registrations
Registration must be received no less than 15 calendar days before the start of the seminar you wish to attend.

If you require late registration, please call us at (800) 545-7142 BEFORE submitting your registration.

• Your registration will be officially confirmed via email or fax by Borrell Technology Incorporated.



• You MUST receive official confirmation to attend the seminar.



• We strongly recommend you do not make travel arrangements until you receive confirmation as Borrell Technology Incorporated reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any seminar and is not responsible for refunding or providing credit for any travel expenses due to seminar cancellation or rescheduling.



• Registrations submitted at this website (www.borrell.com) are automatically acknowledged via email. This acknowledgement is NOT official confirmation of your registration. You will receive an official confirmation.

The Registration Fee includes all seminar materials and beverage breaks. The Registration Fee does not include travel or hotel accommodations. The Registration Fee does not include meals, unless otherwise specified under the individual seminar description.

Methods of Payment
1. Check made payable to Borrell Technology Incorporated.
2. Visa or MasterCard.
3. Bill Me: Invoices are mailed when registration is received. Terms are Net 30 days with 1.5% per month charged after 30 days. If there is a copy of the PO available, we ask that the PO accompany the Registration Form. If this is not possible, please include the PO Number on the Registration Form.

No-Shows, Substitutions, Cancellations and Refunds
Written notice (letter, fax or email) is required for cancellation. Your cancellation will be acknowledged by Borrell Technology Incorporated.

You may send a substitute in your place.

THE FULL REGISTRATION FEE will be refunded if you cancel your registration more than 15 calendar days prior to the start date of the session.

NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS will be given if the cancellation is 15 calendar days or less prior to the start of the session.

NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS will be given for no-shows. No-Shows for registrations made by purchase order WILL BE BILLED the full amount of the session.

ALL CREDITS ARE VALID FOR ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF ISSUE.

BORRELL TECHNOLOGY INCORPORATED RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE ANY SEMINAR AND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR REFUNDING OR PROVIDING CREDIT FOR ANY LODGING, TRAVEL, OR OTHER OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES DUE TO SEMINAR CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING.

Seminar Times
All BTI seminars begin at 8:30 am and end at 5:00 pm local time each day. There are two 15 minute breaks and an hour for lunch. The individual conducting the seminar may alter this schedule as circumstances require.
