Borrell Technology Incorporated (BTI) is a Chicago-based firm of housing professionals with over 35 years
of experience with public and Indian housing operations and the design and implementation and management
of organizational, operational and capital improvements. BTI is owned and operated by Lynne Borrell and
is certified as a Woman Business Enterprise. BTI has gained national prominence as the leader in training and
technical assistance for the management, resident programs, and development and modernization of low-income housing.
What We Do
Borrell Technology Incorporated (BTI) is a team of housing consultants and computer specialists
with a clearly different approach to consulting and training and the development of software for
the housing industry. Our primary goal is to assist the housing and community development agency
to become a stable, proactive business. We do this by turning the complicated tasks of compliance
with Federal, State and local regulations and of running an efficient and effective business into
logical easy-to-follow, easy-to-use procedures.
BTI is 100% owned and operated by Lynne Borrell. BTI has been operating since 1980 and has considerable
experience with the design and implementation of operational and physical improvement for federally
and locally assisted housing and community development agencies. BTI has gained national prominence
as the leader in training and technical assistance for the management, development and modernization
of low-income housing.
